Instructions
Fill out the returns slip that comes with your parcel.
Enclose the returns slip with the product you are returning and package up securely, removing the original labels.
Your pre-paid label should be printed and applied to the parcel. (Please add the returns label charge to your Basket and proceed through the Checkout to obtain a label or contact us on 01573 224620 if you would like to make payment over the telephone).
Take to the Post Office and obtain a certificate of postage.
